If visiting Venice, and getting Vaporetta boat pass, it's a great location. 5 min walk to boats then 15 min ride. Very quiet location, great Aircon and beds, lovely staff. Need to use local bars as hotel bar small and not used much. Breakfast very good.
Antique hotel. The keys (room and safe) are special. You need to look where is the safe box which may be in the wall, behind the picture ..etc. It easy to find the market, ATM, laundry or restaurant.

Its location is ideal for exploring the canals in the quiet and peaceful city of Lido. A truly delightful stay for anyone who appreciates old-world charm and Venetian elegance with great view. The room was amazing and spacious enough and beautiful, no smells and we had enough supplies. Hotel Biasutti hotel is a good pick.
A good atmospheric place!☀️ I'm very glad that I didn't stay in Venice itself, but on this island. 📍About the location: As soon as you step off the boat, you realize that this is a wealthy island with beautiful villas. The hotel is located in 5 minutes away from the pier, in a quiet area. There are no crowds of tourists here, and there is a regular boat service to Venice, even at night. It takes 5 minutes to reach the first stop and for about 15 minutes to reach San Marco Square. I stepped off the boat at the first stop and walked to the square in 25 minutes, enjoying the views. 🏨About the hotel: for me, this is a classical Italian hotel of a good level. The staff is very cultured and pleasant. My room was clean and quiet, and there was no unpleasant smell. I read the previous reviews and I want to say, that in my room there was no any problem with water. I was allowed to leave my belongings after checking out, and I returned for them in the evening. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would like to thank the hotel staff!
Beautiful building with a genius loci - in Venetian style, in a quiet street in Lido. A short walk to the vaporetto, a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the nice attention for guests, like a sweet reward after cleaning the room, a set with a kettle, Italian music at breakfast, the possibility of renting an umbrella, etc. The breakfast is sufficient and everyone can combine it according to their tastes and needs. We will be happy to come back.
