We stayed here in the beginning of June and absolutely loved it! The staff were so friendly and anticipated all of our needs. The breakfast spread was wonderful. We stayed in the Duchess Suite, which had such lovely views of the canal. Location was great. We look forward to staying here again! For restaurants, I would recommend Bistrot de Venise and Oliva Nera.
Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. We had a suite and it overlooked the canal, the views were lovely. 5 star stay.
Great experience at this hotel! Rooms could use a little sprucing up but the food and atmosphere at breakfast was amazing! Also, location and service were perfect! Remember to ask for a QR code when you get there if you are going to Murano or Burano. We got ticketed, but thank goodness the hotel help us fix that!!
The location is great, just a few steps from SM Square. Of course, like everything in Venice, it needs additional measures to maintain cleanliness. But it's clear to the naked eye that local restaurants and shops are disappearing (or rather, have already done so). Authentic Italian cuisine is hard to find. It's sad (((
