Reviews
We had a wonderful stay at the Eurostars Cannaregio. The location is excellent—quiet and charming, yet very central, with easy access to all the main attractions. Arriving from Venice Airport by water taxi is quick and convenient, making the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful and features a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds were great, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The elevator is mainly for luggage, but that’s quite common in historic Italian buildings and was not an issue at all. We traveled as 2 adults and 2 children under 12, and everything was perfect. Venice is an amazing city, and this hotel made our experience even better. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!
This is a well kept hotel in a great neighborhood that was quiet and filled with locals. The staff were helpful the breakfast was good enough for the day, and the rooms were clean. It’s a great spot and worth visiting!
Would totally stay here again. There's a supermarket 5 mins walk away from the hotel where you can shop for cheap stuffs. The elevator is as slow as a snail but better off having it than carrying it up the stairs! Service is really good, breakfast is great. I would totally stay here again if I were to come back to Venice. The bed is so good.... I miss it... I slept like a log with their amazing bed
I totally screwed up and booked for the wrong date. Fortunately the hotel had availability the night we really wanted to stay and they were able to change the reservation, and I suspect upgrade us to a better room, with no fuss. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They took our bags when we arrived to explore in the morning, and moved them to our room when it was ready later in the day. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable inside. The room was two floors, with the bathroom and a living area on the first floor, and beds, a desk, and TV on a loft accessible by in-room stairs. The hotel is not in the touristy area, but that’s exactly why I chose it. It’s a quiet spot, but a very short walk to the South takes you to an area with plenty to do. We arrived via the train station, and a short Vaporetto(water bus) ride to the San Alvise stop got us very close to the hotel. Highly recommend the “Chebateo” app for Vaporetto trip planning. Back to the hotel, the breakfast is definitely worth paying a little extra to add on when you book. It’s a buffet style and has many choices. It was a convenient option for the morning we checked out and left for the airport. I would definitely stay again for my next visit.
Recommend. Quality hotel. Easy stay. Good to be in a quieter part of Venice, and walk/vaporetto to the busier hotspots. Great breakfast. A few small drawbacks. Safe in room was not attached to anything, and was locked open, and fridge was barely colder than room temperture though it was on.
