Great location close to all the action but far enough to be on the quiet side of the river. Staff was amazing! The room was spacious and luxurious and the first time we had cold AC in our travels through Europe! The bed was soooooo comfortable! Rooftop bar is very cool. Great view while enjoying a drink. We stayed in a suite with a canal view. Complimentary bottled water every day was a nice touch. Water taxi very close as well as gondolas.
An amazing rooftop experience with breathtaking evening views of the Grand Canal. Coming here after our gondola ride made it even more special. We've seen Venice by vaporetto, gondola, on foot, and from this rooftop, and this view was unforgettable. The only downside was the cocktails being served in whiskey glasses, which didn't match the price. Overall, a fantastic place with incredible views and an experience we highly recommend!
Two nights at H10 Palazzo Canova and it couldn’t have been better. The location is unbeatable — right next to the Rialto Bridge, perfect for exploring on foot or by vaporetto. Rooms are sleek and modern, real comfortable spot to unwind after a day of walking. Staff were warm, attentive, and full of great local tips. The rooftop bar is the highlight — sunset over the canals with a drink in hand is hard to beat, easily one of the best views in Venice. Highly recommend — great location, great service, unforgettable rooftop. We’ll be back!
We stayed at H10 Palazzo Canova during our arrival in Venice, and came straight from the airport. Our room was ready early and the service was excellent for our entire stay. The room and balcony itself were lovely, elegantly furnished, and very comfortable, although the room is small. The AC was working well in April, which is essential to our comfort. The hotel is modern and super clean. The hotel staff were always helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with water taxis. The breakfast buffet and cappuccinos are delicious! You can eat quickly or order something hot and delicious like waffles or omelettes. The property and rooftop bar are amazing - we spent every night with a cocktail on the roof. The view of the Grand Canal is exceptional, just down from Rialto Bridge, but never loud or touristy. The location is super convenient. There are gondola rides outside the door and some fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, making it an ideal base for exploring Venice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Probably one of the best hotels in Venice. Being an H10 member, our experience was even better. The room was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is classy. The breakfast was very good as well, with a buffet in addition to two hot meals. The location along the Gran Canal in the center of the city was very convenient. making any walk around the city easy. But this comes with the fact that you have to deal with the busy crowd. Our favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop terrace, as this has a bar serving drinks and food, plenty of tables, heating lamps, an awesome and unique view of the Gran Canal and the Ponto Di Rialto bridge. The only rooftop terrace along the Gran Canal that I am aware of. Although the prices at the bar are a little high, I think the view makes up for it.
