Reviews
Excellent location proximity yo both St Mark's and the Realto bridge. Lots of food and shopping on both sides. The staff is very professional, hepful and nice. Service is excellent, clean all over and the beeakfast buffet is very nice. Going into the hotel with luggage from the closest water bus station is better done via water taxi.
Very nice little place with a friendly atmosphere and a great service. The breakfast was amazing! Very clean and pleasant room. I would definitely come back if next time in Venice.
This hotel was a perfect choice for our stay in Venice. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Grand Canal. everything else is within walking distance (anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes), making it super easy to explore the city. It’s in a lively, fun area, yet the room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which made a big difference. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were always helpful and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean, and the room had a beautiful, classic Venetian style. I really loved the decoration and overall vibe, it felt elegant but still cozy.
I spent three nights at Hotel Ai Cavalieri and it was outstanding. The hotel is in a quiet, beautiful part of Venice, and even the comfort room felt luxurious with a stunning marble bathroom. Staff were excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety and was genuinely enjoyable each morning. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more , a full five‑star experience.
Once a palace, now a four-star hotel. The service is at an impressive level, everyone is truly kind and helpful, answering every question and assisting with recommendations for anything you may need, from the reception staff to the breakfast team and the people who clean and maintain the rooms. Everything is very tidy and clean, the rooms are well equipped, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. You can reach the hotel either on foot or by boat, and check-out is until 11 a.m. The entire place is luxuriously decorated, and staying in this hotel is truly an experience in itself. They even provide umbrellas and shoe covers, which is very thoughtful, as this is Venice after all. A small personal note, it would be nice and useful if the rooms also included cotton buds and makeup removal pads. I have somehow become used to that even in hotels with fewer stars. Overall, I am very satisfied with my time and stay at this hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. Highest praise to all the staff! ☺️🏰
