Greta location and friendly staff. Decor is very Venetian if that is to your taste. Air conditioning in our room really struggled to keep up and our room was quite warm during the heat wave. We didn’t experience that at other hotels despite the same heat. They did a good job refilling everything in the room and provided great directions. Would really give a 3.5 if possible. Issue was really just the room air conditioning.
I absolutely loved Venice. But not sure if I love Venice or the hotel more :) The hotel is set in the most picturesque way and added an extra charm to the beauty that is Venice. In exploring we saw so many hotels and ours was by far the best. We got the room with the balcony that overlooked the canal. It was quaint and comfortable and the staff were very nice and accommodating. It was in the middle of everything and easy to get around. Bring your own conditioner, but everything else is included: hair dryer, shampoo, soap, etc. It was an amazing way to wake up. I will stay here again, when I visit next. It made for the most PERFECT stay in Venice
Fairly priced historic, romantic location with canal view. Room was clean and comfortable with AC, heater, and shuttered windows. There was a set of Murano-style lighting, adding to the Venetian charm. Free tea, water, treats, and even a prosecco bottle were included. Staff were responsive on Expedia and went above and beyond. The host kindly provided a map and advice on attractions in Venice. We are most grateful that the staff helped us pick up our laundry for a nominal fee when, at the last moment, we found we were unable to do so ourselves. Thank you for helping make our trip to Venice a great one ❤️
Absolutely amazing boutique hotel in Venice. Conveniently located, immaculate and comfortable rooms, and Tiziano was the greatest host. They have amazing resources and recommendations for travelers and probably the best map of Venice I’ve ever seen. Highly recommended!!!
Such a wonderful boutique hotel with very fair prices in a very central location. We had a lovely time and from the moment of booking received the utmost attention and a warm welcome from the team. The hotel is charming and clean, and the reception team is wonderfully friendly and enthusiastic about sharing local recommendations off the beaten track. Would happily stay there time and time again!
