Reviews
Hotel was lovey and a beautiful place to stay. The view from the room was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the AC in the rooms, especially since there was a heat wave when we were there. Breakfast was tasty and lots of variety. The hotel was away from the main tourist areas. This was nice as things were quiet and peaceful, but it also felt a little isolating. There were not a lot of food and shopping opportunities without walking.
The best location in town. The room and bathroom well equipped but FAR TOO SMALL for the price I paid. The interior of the hotel not very Venetian. The breakfast room and bar done with good materials but actually pretty boring.
We had a great stay at this lovely hotel. We liked it's quiet location combined with easy access to both Academia and Zattere vaporetti stops and to a number of nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are small - which is to be expected in Venice - but they are beautifully decorated and well appointed. The staff were all very helpful - thanks especially to Larry.
Due to some change of plans, I needed to book a room at 4 hours’ notice and this was the only option in the area near Accademia and I am so glad I stayed there. Rooms are small but comfortable. Cheerful lobby area. The hotel is on one of the smaller canals and spread out over two adjacent buildings and an annex section where the inside rooms face a small garden. Sound proof windows with two layers of curtains and sliding shutters. This is very helpful as it drowns the continuous sounds of boats. Blackout shutters were great as the sun comes up quite early. The front desk staff are very helpful. Great location. Walking distance to many of the attractions and to Academia and Zettere vaporetto stops.
The hotel location was amazing! It was just a short walk to the bustling tourists areas like San Marco. Vaporetto access was also just a short couple minute walk away. We really loved the Dursodoro location it had an arts vibe and was less busy. The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The included breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and all of a high quality. Last but certainly not least the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The team at the front desk helped us out tremendously in navigating Venice and it really enhanced our trip. We could not have asked for a better stay in Venice.
