Despite being the most expensive hotel of our entire trip for a family suite (costing even more than our stay in Switzerland!), this was easily the worst of the six hotels we stayed during our entire Europe trip. Instead of the main building, we were placed in a separate annex. Our first-floor room had large windows right on a public walkway, with our bed just a few feet from the glass. There was absolutely no soundproofing; we could clearly hear every word and laugh from passersby all night, making sleep impossible. To make matters worse, the TV was broken. We just stayed one night at this place. This hotel is completely overstated and absolutely not worth the money. If they try to assign you to the separate building, refuse it immediately or take your money elsewhere.
Great location. Steps away from shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Great AC! Clean and gorgeous rooms. Only complaint was no shower curtains so we made a mess each shower. The hubs and I experienced Some strange occurrences but nothing ominous. Great and peaceful vibes. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
