A lovely hotel in the water in Venice. The staff was professional, kind and courteous. The room was small but well designed and in a great location. You can walk out the door and be in the heart of the city. The breakfast and bar serve delicious food.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel L'Orologio Venezia. The hotel has a very modern style with interesting decoration and interior design that gives it a unique atmosphere. The staff were nice and welcoming, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good overall. One thing I wish they improved was having more egg variety options at the breakfast buffet. Also, the rooms are quite small and not very spacious. Another inconvenience was the lack of outlets, there was only one outlet on each side of the bed and one in the bathroom, which made using things like an iron a bit difficult. The light switches being located only near the bedside instead of near the entrance was also not very practical. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the temperature could not go lower than 20°C, which made it a little warm at times. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, it’s still a nice and stylish hotel in Venice with a good atmosphere and friendly service.

I've just returned from a long weekend stay at the L'Orologio Venezia hotel. The hotel was really easy to find, and we found the Alilaguna Orange Line boat to be a great and cost affective way of getting to to the hotel from the Airport (it stops on the opposite side of the grand canal so you have to cross the Rialto bridge and lots of steps are involved, but it's literally a 10 minute walk). I could not fault the hotel in any way. It's location on the Grand Canal was perfect and you are a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge, a great choice of restaurants and there is a Spar Supermarket just around the corner. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and offered great advice on where to visit and how to get there. The breakfast choices were great with plenty of cakes, fruit, cereals and egg & bacon. Coffee is freshly made and bought to your table. The rooms were very spacious and clean with towels changed every day. The shower was really powerful and probably the best shower I have seen in a hotel. Overall I cannot think of anything that could have been improved and I found the hotel perfect in every way.

Great location and beautiful grand canal view! The hotel is just a 5 mins walk from one of the vaporetto stops, and only one small staired bridge on the way so if you have a large luggage you should be fine. The front desk was very kind to let us check in early around 11:40am so that we can have a little rest before heading out to the city. The hotel is beautiful and elegant with lots of “clock” themed decorations and artwork. Our room has the grand canal view with two large windows. Totally loved it! The shower room comes with a bathtub so we can unwind after a long day and a lot of walking. The breakfast was also great with plenty of selection. Overall a great staying experience.

Located right at the center of Venice and just a few steps from the Rialto Mercado Vaporetto stop, this stylish hotel was everything my wife and I wanted. We stayed during Carnival and had a fantastic time. The room was clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It being February, the heat was consistent and comfortable. The breakfasts were well appointed and filling, with bottomless Mimosas! We had several additional requests for the front desk, basic stuff like extra towels or directions to places, and we got a polite, accurate, and immediate response every time. My only issue was that I did need to shoulder the door at just the right time to get it to open. I recommend this hotel completely and will be back again next time I visit Venezia.
