The hotel itself is nice, very clean with decent music in the lobby. The staff seems to be very disorganized though. At one point my room was entered by staff without knocking while my do not disturb sign was hanging on my door. The employee saw that it was occupied and ran away instead of apologizing which I very much didn’t appreciate. They then called my room to tell me that my reservation ended today when it had been booked for three more days. I was on a work call at the time and told them my travel agent would take care of it and they didn’t want to let me end the conversation. It was quickly resolved by the travel agency, turns out it was an error in the hotel system. I’m not very pleased with the way any of this was handled, the communication left a lot to be desired. I hope they are able to figure this out.
Stayed here overnight. Beautiful modern hotel. Very clean. Rooms very nice with good air-conditioning and added luxuries. Evening meal in the hotel restaurant was lovely. Hotel staff were very professional. Would recommend.
Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could hope for. The hotel is situated very close to the public transportation and on the main road with all the shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast bar is the best I've experienced. Only issue was the shower would get really hot every 20-30 seconds before returning to the original temperature it was set to.
We stayed two nights at this hotel and my compliments first and foremost go to the staff. Miss Alexa at the reception was especially kind, friendly, and very helpful. We felt as if we had come to stay with good friends. The hotel is exceptionally clean, modernly decorated, and in an excellent location. The food was excellent as well. For breakfast, there is enough variety to suit everyone's taste. I highly recommended this hotel to everyone and would gladly stay here again. Special greetings to Alexa and the rest of the staff of this wonderful hotel.
