Would have given 2 stars but they let us check in early so I added a star! Very small and noisy. Can hear bustle of coffee shop. Beds are pretty comfy though and ac works. We stayed in annex part so not on the water which wasn't ideal.
We have stayed at the Hotel Paganelli I think three times now and each time is better than the last. The location is remarkable, right in the middle of everything, but still quiet and maintaining all of its charm. The hotel staff is charming, professional, and very helpful. We had one room that had a staircase that led to the rooftop patio, that was great. We had another room where the windows opened wide and we had an unobstructed view of the canal. This is THE place to stay in Venice.
Staff were welcoming. Our room was sufficient for purpose, clean, very compact but it has a nice peaceful balcony which we enjoyed for morning coffee, or wine in the afternoon. The location is perfect for exploring Venice. Once you step outside the hotel you, you are surrounded by the must see attractions. All within a short walking distance. I would highly recommend to family and friends.
I’ve recently returned back from a 3 night stay in this hotel and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The room was clean and spacious. The team were attentive and always had a smile on their face. The location of this hotel is brilliant if you’re a tourist like I was myself, everything was a short walk. The view from our bedroom window was stunning too 😍
We just finished our stay here and wow is all I can say. The pre arrival communication and help getting seamless private taxi service from the train station to the hotel and the airport. The customer service from the moment we walked through the door was too notch. Not to mention even with all the customers we were always greeted by name as we walked through the Lobby. The location is amazing and was in the heart of everything we wanted and planned to do. I really wish we could give a higher rating than a 5. The rooms were nice, loved our huge balcony especially at night to sit under the stars. Thank you all so much that we interacted with you are amazing and should be proud of what you all do.
