Wonderful stay at the hotel for our first time in Venice! The location is great-- not too touristy/crowded and it's also right next to the ACTV lines for quick transportation, so convenient on travel days where we have a lot of luggage. The hotel is old but so beautiful! Our room was across from a bar so it was quite nosy until 2AM on the weekends but better on the weekdays. Their showers also didn't have conditioner, thankfully I brought a travel-size of my own.
This hotel is sketchy and poorly run. Dont trust them to honor your booking. You may get turned away then offered the same room for a higher price...
Hello. I had the similar issue with booking + this hotel, but those guys from hotel reception was so very helpful and understandable and they treated the situation very professionally and humanly: they offer me a lower price for a room ( but, of course, bigger than my initial booking ) , even it wasn’t their fault about that situation. When i saw the position of this hotel and the conditions that they offer, I understood that there was a fake price, the initial one. All the best to mr Piero and their colleagues !
We stayed there for a week🥰 Book through the hotel directly to enjoy a lovely discount. The hotel is old but very clean, the staff is friendly and speaks multiple languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish and German!) and super helpful with everyone. The included breakfast is a good start to the day. The rooms are big and our first room and a small issue with the bathroom so we were immediately moved to another room. Super service! Additional thanks to Thomas who was very kind and provided excellent advice. 24/7 reception was also amazing. The view is nice and the location is super convenient because it’s right by the Vaporetto station. The island of Lido is wonderful to visit as well. The only downside is the bar across the street that plays music loudly until 2AM and has people sitting outside being very loud, but the hotel windows take care of that once closed. Functioning AC and WiFi, outlets on both sides of the bed, good lighting and Smart TV. Included toiletries are soap and shampoo in dispensers mounted on walls, rather fluffy towels, glasses in the bathroom. Good water pressure. Bidet is always a lovely plus.
