Absolutely perfect hotel and in a fantastic location. The staff were so helpful, friendly and informative. My room was clean with air conditioning. I didn’t dine in the hotel as there were lots of places to try. I only did a 4 day trip so wanted to try as many places as possible. I told them it was there for my birthday and they left a cheesecake and a card in my room with a candle and even a lighter to light it. It’s the attention to detail that made my stay in this hotel so perfect. La ringrazio molto per la Sua gentilezza.
We had a lovely stay. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is easy to get to when you arrive and a quick ferry ride to the train station to continue your travels. Also it is close to San Marco square which means you can go to the square at night and admire it at dusk. The staff is super helpful. The rooms are beautiful with Murano glass chandelier. There are stairs without an elevator. Vito carried our luggage up and down the stairs for us. Nice working shower that drains which in Europe is a treat. Perfect place to stay and explore Vience.
Lovely hotel in a fantastic location just off Piazza San Marco. Classically styled rooms are clean with a/c and big bathrooms. Vito was so kind and spent ages with us pointing out all the best things to see during our relatively short visit. A cold beer on the sun terrace after a morning exploring was just great. Can’t recommend highly enough!
The Stay was very good! Very friendly receptionists, perfectly located and great Room even though it was a bit smaller than I have expected. But thanks to the cleanliness, comfortable bed and the room amenities I enjoyed my time in the room. This hotel is perfect for people who want to live la dolce vita in venice for a good price and personal experience. The only criticism I have is the lobby music, which is audible at night for the rooms next to the lobby. Though, that is criticism on a very high level because there is really nothing to complain about otherwise. Thanks for service and advices for a great Venice experience!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel San Gallo. The hotel is absolutely charming, with comfortable, cozy rooms that made us feel right at home after long days of exploring Venice. The staff was especially helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. They were incredibly hospitable and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, especially for a first-time visit to Venice. It made getting around easy and allowed us to fully enjoy the magic of the city. We would happily stay here again!
