Reviews
Hotel very near ferry station and taxi. But room size not big, if you are not available for walk they have elevator. Services um.......! Breakfast is good $15@, that's it and don't forget to bring mosquito spray, Cia
Had the pleasure of staying here for two nights in May. The location is perfect. It’s tricky to find, nestled in a corner - see pictures. I recommend learning some basic italian so you can communicate with staff. There is an elevator and air conditioning!
I saw the google reviews a day before checking in and was quite skeptical. However, the room I stayed didn’t have any bedbug problems. That’s the first thing I checked when I got into the room. The room was beautifully decorated, although the shower was quite small and I can imagine someone taller would have to crouch there. However, everything was clean and neat and the room service change towels and make the bed everyday. The checking and checkout process was quite smooth and the breakfast is quite good as well. There is sweet pastries and you can also ask for scrambled eggs and bacons. Also coffee, fruit juice, yogurt and fruit is provided on request as well. The best part is the location. I could just walk to all main tourist attractions and there are actually quite a lot restaurants and cafes nearby. The walls are not soundproof and you can hear the toilet flush of the nearby rooms and also people talking on the hallways. It wasn’t a bit problem for me since I’m a heavy sleeper. But I got woken up at night because the room was quite warm and had to open windows. The minimum you can set on the thermostat was 16 degrees Celsius and that was quite warm for me to sleep at night
I saw all the other reviews about bed (bug) issues, but I didn't have any problems, so I assume they got an exterminator? The walls were somewhat thin but I didn't have an issue and the shower worked. The bed was soft, breakfast was good enough and the location was perfect. It was one of the cheaper options than the area so I was pleasantly surprised and internet was great.
