Reviews
Property was well located in the San Polo neighborhood. Rooms were not ready at the stated check-in time. Approximately one hour later. The staff accommodated our early departure by providing a takeaway colazione (breakfast).
The stay was excellent. The location makes for easy travel and doesn't get too loud or busy in the immediate area. The staff were very kind and attentive as well. We were able to check in early and breakfast was easy. The room had plenty of space (especially for Venice) but the bed was difficult. It was two smaller beds pressed together and my partner and I kept falling between. Overall - Would recommend!
Very comfortable hotel, small and very clean.Everything we needed was fine. Friendly service. Recommended.
Lovely hotel with large rooms, very clean. Breakfast was delicious, it’s very well located in a quiet neighbourhood in the middle of the island so it’s easy to get anywhere. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Good: this is a quiet location within 15 to 20 minutes walking of the train station and Rialto. The breakfast is Continental, cheese and ham is good. The staff are very polite and helpful. There is a restaurant just outside the entrance door. But we had better food elsewhere. Needs improvement: There was mold all around the top of the tub caulking area. A shower is only like 30 in of glass so you have to be crammed in a small area to take a shower as to not get water all over the floor. but the water pressure was good. The bed is definitely old springy, but not unbearable. Thankfully I did bring my own pillow as theirs were very flat and low. At first the air conditioning didn't work but they were able to fix it.
