Staying at Palazzo Dei Fiori by Room Mate was truly one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had in Venice. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely immersed in the charm and elegance of the city. Venice has never been so beautiful! The property perfectly combines historic Venetian character with modern luxury, creating an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. We stayed in the Tulip apartment for three indulgent weeks, which exceeded all our expectations. It was wonderfully spacious, with soaring ceilings, impeccable décor, and thoughtful details throughout. We especially loved how the classic Venetian style blended seamlessly with the contemporary furniture - think traditional glass set against modern Knoll style pieces. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the living spaces warm and inviting, and the fully equipped kitchen made our stay effortlessly convenient. Small touches such as complimentary snacks, Nespresso capsules, soft drinks, robes, slippers, and even a pillow menu made the experience feel truly luxurious. My partner and I are very specific about hygiene, and the apartment was immaculate, almost impossibly so, given it was almost 200 square metres. However, what stood out most was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, always willing to help with anything we needed. From the smooth and flexible check-in process to the excellent communication throughout our stay, we were made to feel completely at home from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble - we were so well looked after! The location could not have been better. The Palazzo is perfectly situated in the heart of Venice, just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square, the Rialto Bridge, and La Fenice Theatre - we saw a superb Tosca during our stay. Despite being so central, the area remained peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax after long days exploring the city and beyond. We especially loved opening the windows to hear piano music or opera singing drifting from the nearby conservatory, a truly magical Venetian moment. One of our favourite features was the private dock, which made arriving and departing by water taxi so easy and added an extra sense of exclusivity to the experience. Indeed, water taxis swiftly arrived (often, only at a moment’s notice) at the Palazzo’s private pier to take us to our various destinations across the city. More than just a beautiful place to stay, Palazzo Dei Fiori felt like a home in Venice. Every detail was carefully considered, and the combination of comfort, elegance, and exceptional service made our trip unforgettable. For us, it was an abode that raises the standard for every stay afterward, and we already know we will return. An amazing stay at these apartments. Very clean, superb service and ideal location - can’t recommend enough. We stayed in tulipano which was huge and beautifully decorated. Special thanks to Elvis who rearranged our water taxi last minute after a mix up with flight times. Five star service, location and accommodation.
It’s such a wonderful stay at this property. Have direct access to the watertaxi, without need any more walking w/ luggage. Room is insanely huge, we booked a 3B apartment which features a high floor to ceiling living room, the kitchen is filled with soft drinks and snacks (yes they are free!). They use Luxe shampoo, body wash etc. and provide Dyson hairdryer. The location is also very nice, with close proximity to major brands and a 10 minute walk to San Marcos. Overall a very pleasant stay for us, will come back in the future.
ABSOLUTE PERFECTION !!!! The staff are absolutely gorgeous, wonderfully genuine, and attentive. The location is a dream, and access via the water taxi (especially when carrying bags etc) is beyond easy. The thoughtfulness of each apartment with the complimentary snacks etc was so unique and much appreciated after long travel days. I loved that you can chat with the team via WA if you need anything. Each apartment is HUGE, and exceptionally clean. Whenever I am in Venice, this place will absolutely be my home away from home. Grazie
I stayed here on August for two nights. Room type was Gelsomino.(two room apartment) Room was the most spacious in Italy and interior was beautiful. All staffs were so kind and friendly. After check in, staff went to room together and explained about room and service. It was great. During stay, hotel didn’t provide room cleaning service but it didn’t matter. There were enough amenities and towels, so cleaning service wasn’t necessary. Location was so good, it took almost 15minutes to Saint Mark’s square by walk. Hotel provided water taxi reservation. If I visit Venice again, I will stay here. Thanks for kindness :)
