We stayed here for 3 nights. A fantastic located hotel. We arrived by train and got a direct water bus to the hotel and on our way home we went to the airport and again got a direct water bus to the airport. Really reccomend the hotel, the rooms are decorated nicely, free minibar which is filled everyday. The housekeeping staff refreshed the room nicely. The hotel is very well located near a bridge over the grand canal which makes walking around Venice very easy. There are lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes near the hotel. The only minus’ I would mention, is the decorative pillows had hair on them when we arrived, they may need better cleaning between stays. Inside the bathroom there were lots of water marks on the tiles, so maybe needs deeper cleaning between stays. And the front door of the hotel slams, which means people coming back late at night can awake you when sleeping. But overall it is a very nice hotel, I would stay here again and would reccomend the hotel to family/friends. The staff were also very friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

Small boutique property. An old palazzo that has been beautifully renovated in a blend of traditional and modern. The rooms are well organized with lots table and shelf space. I loved the sage color theme, old wooden ceiling and wall paper. The property is not directly on the water but the side balcony from the room has a view of the grand canal. There are no facilities other than the rooms (tea, coffee and water in the room). But location is great and there are lots of cafes and restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk. It’s also 2 minute walk from the gondola station and Giglio vaporetto stop (no bridges in between!) There is a small lift to go to higher floors but you still need to negotiate 2 or 3 rather high steps after that to get to the room. No porter to help with the luggage. Need to be mindful if carrying heavy bags.

We stayed in room 3 of the Palazzo annex from May 26th to 30th. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room is beautiful, modern, quiet, clean, and very well-equipped. We would especially like to highlight the excellent room service, which we greatly appreciated. The complimentary fully stocked minibar is a fantastic touch that we very much welcomed. Many of the city's attractions are easily accessible on foot. The vaporetto stop is just a few meters away.
