Reviews
Review for Lido di Venezia Apartment Palazzo Rota Apartments was an outstanding place to stay in Venice. The location is right off Piazza San Marco, yet the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet, offering the best of both worlds: in the heart of the city without the noise. Everything is an easy walk from here, and the best shopping in Venice is located right next door. The apartment was a generous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, beautifully designed with real attention to detail. Each room had its own individual AC control, which made a huge difference for comfort. The kitchenette, with a full-size refrigerator and Nespresso machine, made it easy to stock up on snacks and conveniences. Nice touches like high-quality ETRO bathroom amenities added a real sense of luxury. What really set this place apart was the service. Communication around arrival and departure was excellent, with the team arranging our water taxi and porter service seamlessly and taking all the stress out of navigating Venice with luggage. It felt like having a private apartment with full hotel-like service. Highly recommend Palazzo Rota Apartments to anyone visiting Venice: beautiful space, unbeatable location, and service that goes above and beyond.
We had the 3rd floor 2 bedroom Apartment. Very luxurious and spacious for 4. Bathrooms are nice and upscale. Close to Piazza San Marco, less than 1min walk. Makes for a great morning walk to the Piazza without the crowds. Simon was very attentive, accommodating and nice during our stay. Convenient to restaurants, shops and boats/ferries. We couldn’t have asked for a great apartment and staff. Would highly recommend.
The rooms are gorgeous, the location is steps from San Marco. We had the most memorable time thanks to Simon - he gave us tips about the local restaurants, water taxis, and other things.
We were delighted with our apartment on the 3rd floor. It had a beautiful, fresh, and trendy renovation, with new furniture and bathroom fixtures. The bathrooms were equipped with Kenzo cosmetics. The apartment had high ceilings, large windows overlooking a busy, narrow street in Venice, and a charming bridge across the canal. The location was excellent, as it was in the heart of the city, close to St. Mark's Square. The concierge, Simon, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. We had two bedrooms, a living room with a large double bed, and three bathrooms. My husband, I, and our two children were very comfortable in the apartment. It was important to note that the building had an elevator, making it easy to transport our luggage to the rooms. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
Amazing! Jacob and Tomas did such amazing work helping us with outings and restaurants. Fabulous place to stay!
