The hotel is simply excellent! The location is unbeatable, just a few steps away from St. Mark's Square. We were thoroughly impressed by the spotlessness and the beautifully executed renovation. A huge plus for us was the absence of carpets—the room felt extremely fresh, pristine, and had absolutely no moldy smell, which is quite rare and valuable in Venice. We will definitely be back!
Great location. Just a short walk from all the major attractions especially St Mark’s square. Surrounded by numerous food and shopping options. Clean spaces and rooms within the hotel. However, we found the rooms very small and difficult to move around in. Apart from this downside, it checks all other boxes. It has the incredible Rosa Salva pastry shop just downstairs.
I have stayed at many hotels, but I have never experienced this level of service before. Your staff are extremely kind, helpful, and genuine. I truly appreciate the support you have given me. I will happily recommend your hotel to everyone in my network, including my friends, family, and clients in Australia.
Hotel was in a great central location. Excellent air conditioning - as someone who really struggles in the heat - this was amazing for Italy in July. We loved the staff. Comfy bed. We were on a 21 day EU honeymoon - this hotel didn’t have the best view but we weren’t there to sit in the room so that didn’t matter to us. Enjoyed the bakery and very up to date clean rooms. There was a concert in the square and we never heard a thing. Would stay here again!
This hotel was amazing to stay at! My husband and I stayed for only 2 nights so it was important to be near most major sights in Venice. Being so close to St. Marks was great and there was plenty of shopping and food nearby. The rooms themselves were modern, clean, and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel!
