We recently stayed at the Sina Palazzo Sant'Angelo and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The hotel was beautiful, elegant and a joy to be in. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming, no matter who they were. The breakfast buffet served daily was delicious and we ate it every day in their beautiful garden. The hotel is located right next to a vaporetto stop and is within easy walking distance of sites, restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend you consider it for your stay in Venice.

Sina Palazzo Sant’Angelo provided a truly wonderful and memorable experience for us. Every member of the hotel staff — from the front desk to the bellmen and the kitchen/bar team — was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully welcomed us with champagne for the occasion. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with the Labor Day weekend, so the hotel was fully booked. Despite these constraints, the front desk staff went above and beyond and upgraded us to a beautiful Grand Canal view suite for one night, and to another smaller suite for the second night. To help make the room change seamless, the front desk advised us that we may check out any time in the morning, and when we went down for breakfast on that morning before 10AM, the front desk informed us that they'd already prepared our room for the second night and can arrange to have the bellman pick up and transport our luggage anytime! As a Hilton Diamond Elite member, breakfast for two was included. The breakfast selection offered the standard fare that one would expect from a luxury hotel, including high-quality artisan coffee (for example, you may order a latte macchiato, even though they do not have a menu listing it). However, aside from the breakfast buffet, they do not have additional entrees that you may sometimes see at other luxury hotels that you may order. One evening, we needed transportation information for dinner at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, and the front desk staff (Lidia) kindly called the hotel on our behalf to confirm the availability of the guest boat shuttle, as well as the departure location and timing. On this same trip to Italy, we stayed at another SLH that is a 5-star; however, Sina Palazzo Sant'Angelo has outshined this other SLH in every way and is the true 5-star in my mind. The only reason that Sina Palazzo may be a 4-star is perhaps due to the absence of an on-site restaurant (they only have a bar that serves limited bar food). If you are seeking a memorable stay in Venice, especially if you are a Hilton elite member, I'd strongly recommend this hotel. Venice’s tourist volume is no secret, yet this hotel manages the constant flow with remarkable grace. The rooms are spotless, the location couldn’t be better, and the staff bring a warmth and attentiveness that feels anything but routine. Genuinely impressive ❤️

This hotel is in a great location. Ideally located for exploring all the main sights, with a vaporetto stop just outside as well. It’s on the grand canal with is extra special yet in a quiet location just off the main busy areas. The hotel and rooms are lovely, well maintained and everything is of good quality. Nice breakfast, lovely courtyard seating available. Staff were all super helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for a week in January and had a fantastic stay. The hotel has it's own pier, and is about 15 steps away from the water taxi/bus stop (direct from the airport). It's directly on the Grand canal with stunning views including the Rialto bridge. It's beautiful inside and out. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful and always on hand. Our room, and indeed the whole hotel, was sumptuously decorated in the Venitian style. Our gorgeous bathroom was all marble and and felt very luxurious. Our king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! A wide range of choices that changed daily, other than the perfect scrambled eggs which were served daily. We were looked after by their delightful breakfast staff, managed by the wonderful Houria. This hotel really has an eye for detail!
