The room is very clean and authentic. You can really feel the Venetian style bedroom. It also has enough space to move around the room for 3-4 people. We didn’t feel cramped. The location is perfect and in the middle of Venice. It’s few minutes walk to St. Marks, Rialto and around 30 minutes walk to the train station. We love the place.

The hotel is clean and well located, close to St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge. “It is a bit noisy. However, the hotel itself and the surrounding area are very noisy. Be aware that if you arrive after 4:00 p.m., there appears to be no one available to welcome guests. We received a WhatsApp message informing us of our room number and that the key would be left on the door. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 5:00 p.m., we found another couple already in our room! They had been given the wrong room. We had to wait for them to gather their belongings and vacate the room. I informed the manager, Martina, about the situation. Her only response was that we could have taken the room next door. She seemed completely unconcerned about what had happened. Had I known that this was how the hotel operated, I would have chosen a different place to stay. I find it very unprofessional to leave keys on the doors and expect guests to sort things out for themselves.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Venice. The front desk associate, Patricia, was simply outstanding, very friendly and willing to help with anything. She speaks very limited English but she was willing to walk us to our destination when I could not understand her directions. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The main entrance is an old-fashioned door opening on one of the side streets with little signage. It is not on a canal but it is very close to the Campo Santa Marina dock and you should ask the water taxi to use that dock which is accessible to them as it is a 1 minute walk from the hotel with no bridges. Buyer beware... the water taxi will try to drop you off or pick you up near the Rialto Bridge which is a 15 min walk over several bridges that make it very difficult if you have luggage. That would be the only negative of our experience but not due to the hotel. The hotel was wonderful in a very centrally located location. You should use some GPS map such as Google Maps to get around. A paper map is just not practical. Thank you Patricia for such a positive experience during our stay.

Excellent hotel! This hotel was in a really nice area of Venice, close to our favourite restaurant Ca Dolfin, and in walking distance to the major attractions of Venice. The room was nice and spacious, clean, and the bed comfortable. It was easy to get in when we first arrived because we were provided a password. I didn't get the woman's name, but the woman who was working at the check in desk was PHENOMENAL! She gave us a map and spent at least 10 minutes with us going over all the sites, writing down on the map, and giving us everything we needed. We would absolutely return here and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable hotel in an excellent location with exceptional staff.
