Lovely wine bar in a square. We trust chichetti and soaked up the atmosphere. Evidently a locals spot as they knew the staff and got served significantly quicker.
Ozio is a total gem just a short walk from San Marco. I visited during their pop-up with Gotino (the wine bar of Goto in Paris) during the Biennale and the food was incredible. The owner is super nice and clearly passionate about natural wine; he helped us pick out some really interesting local bottles that were absolute highlights of our trip. The service was spot on, but the setting in Campiello Santa Maria Formosa really seals the deal. It’s such a wide, stunning square that offers a perfect breather from the crowds. If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a great glass of natural wine in Venice, this is the place.
Such a traditional Italian aperitivo with cicchetti!! We enjoyed sitting under the sun. The food and the select spritz arrived very fast and the guys serving at the tables were very friendly and good at recommending 😎
Nice bar with a relaxed atmosphere and good coffee, located in a beautiful square. Quality wines at reasonable prices, perfect for a casual drink. Friendly staff and a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a glass. Would come back.

Ozio has an exceptional selection that never disappoints every time we visit, there’s something new, thoughtful, and genuinely exciting on the list. The staff is outstanding: knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely passionate. They took the time to explain the regions, producers, and structure behind each wine, and every recommendation was spot-on. You can tell this is a place run by people who truly understand and respect natural wine. Add to that a relaxed, welcoming vibe and a beautiful setting, and it becomes the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy Venice properly. Charming atmosphere, great energy, and even better wine. If you’re looking for authentic, thoughtfully curated natural wine, do yourself a favor and stop here you won’t regret it.
