Really nice rooms, very tall ceilings and very spacious. The breakfast selection is good, with the staff being very helpful with any concern. Location is really nice, not too busy but close enough that you feel true Venice.
Closer to an airbnb than hotel. Easy enough to do self-check in. Doors are a little tricky to enter, but just push it open once you hear a buzz. It's convenient if you want a stay close to the train station or vaporetto, just 12 minute walk to the train. It's a no frills kinda place. Just enough to shower and sleep. The shower pressure is very weak and it takes time to warm up. Wifi was ok.
As hotels go this one has to rate in the higher bracket. Reasonable cost, easy to find in an excellent location near the bus and train station. The customer service is excellent. With answers to any queries in minutes. The quality of the hotel is amazing. Comfy, large bed, and everything else you need for a pleasant stay. I would 100% stop here again.
