This is not just a cooking class but much more! we will have fun getting to know the delicacies of the market, the local flavors and in my ancient house we will reconstruct long time forgotten dishes by knowing the spices. The ancient richness of Venice. Here came spices from all over the world known as saffron, pepper, anise, cardamom... .and many others, each with its own story. Climb aboard this old galleon that crosses the centuries along the spice route. We will cook, we will play, we will have fun and above all we will eat and drink as you have never done with the history and stories of Venice .
