• All participant names are required & must match the valid photo ID shown at entry. Tickets are timed and strictly enforced; mismatches or late arrivals can result in denied access. Visitors aged 11+ (Basilica-only) or 6+ (Doge’s Palace) must buy a standard adult ticket. Audioguides are provided via the Crown Tours App (requires ≈500 MB). We strongly recommend downloading it before arrival. A fully charged phone and personal headphones are required. Skip-the-line access does not avoid security checks; peak-season waits may occur. The Basilica may close or restrict access due to religious events, high tide, or special occasions. Summer visits may have limited durations. Tickets are nominative. From July 1, 2025, the entry fee for Basilica-only access is €12. Optional access: Museum or Pala d’Oro €24; Museum and Pala d’Oro €36; Campanile €18; Doge’s Palace €30; Extended Museum Pass €40.
