Get an inside look into the centuries-old art of glassblowing with a factory tour on Murano Island, home of the world’s finest artisan glass. Visit the Gino Mazzuccato Glass Factory and watch a glass-master shape a beautiful artwork. Enjoy a guided tour of the Gino Mazzuccato's Factory and admire an incredible glass master performance. Learn how the Murano glass is made and see where the glass is handled to create fabulous designs. An expert master will create objects with the most popular techniques, blowing and sculpture. The glass making demonstration will last about 20 minutes but you can visit the rest of factory and the showroom for as long as you desire. The Gino Mazzuccato glass factory has a beautiful showroom where you can find important pieces of art and lots of items in our gift shop. The Gino Mazzuccato Glass factory is located in a former monastery that dates back to the 13th century and it overlooks the Venice Lagoon, so from there you have the best view over the city of Venice. The entire building stretches around the old cloister which is now the garden of the factory.
