• The Basilica is an active place of worship & may close without prior notice due to liturgical ceremonies or special events
• Skip-the-line access does not exempt you from the security check. Wait times may be longer during peak periods
• The audio guide app requires a charged smartphone, at least 300 MB of free space, headphones, & internet access o €12 for Basilica access o €24 if it includes the Museum or the Pala d’Oro o €36 for full access (including terrace and Loggia dei Cavalli)
• The remaining fee covers organization, audio equipment, & the presence of a certified guide or host
