Important Information

• You will need to download an application on your smartphone in order to access the audio guide. Audio guide requires iOS 16.4 or later (or Android equivalent) to download and use the app. You will receive the instructions to install the audioguide on Whatsapp/Email in the late afternoon of the day before the start of the activity. Make sure to bring your headphones or AirPods and ensure they are fully charged. Important: Even for visits with audio guides, entry on your own is not allowed. Please ensure you meet our coordinator at the Clock Tower meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled visit. The coordinator will be holding a blue flag with “Doooing Experience” written on it. This is essential to allow sufficient time for check-ins. Please note that no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
