Nice place to stay. It was my first time in Italy, and this place made me feel so welcome. It was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a three-night stay. The staff were very organized and responsive, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Arranging a late check-in was easy, and everything was handled smoothly.
A great location, the view from our 4-person room on the 2nd floor was amazing, a very nice breakfast, on demand coffee and tea in the cafeteria during the day. Very clean, warm when it was cold outside. It is a gorgeous building with some rooms pretty basic and others more historic. The beds were very comfortable.
I still don’t understand how come the room I booked for 3 of us with a baby with 2 single beds and one double (on a first photos) - upon arrival became a room with 6 single beds and a toilet 20 meters walk. No fridge. No water. Might be good for students, but not for a family and not for a 180€ price a night. I’m sorry.
Location-wise, it’s perfect, and the price is very reasonable. I booked a single room with a shared bathroom, and the room looked exactly like the photos on their website. The shared bathroom was consistently clean, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the noise at night. Some guests can be a bit inconsiderate, and you can clearly hear people talking, as well as the loud sound of doors opening and locking. Breakfast was great too!
