All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Giudecca is the more relaxing and real part of Venice so the location for me is perfect. Very close to a water bus stop. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms very clean. Would definitely go back in the future.
Very nice staff – everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful: from reception to the breakfast team to housekeeping. The location is ideal: a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still reach St. Mark's Square in no time. The island itself also offers everything you need – shops, a pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. We especially loved the garden right on the water, where you can also have breakfast. The breakfast was exceptionally good, by the way – and not just by Italian standards. The hotel is clean, tastefully decorated, and very well-maintained. The air conditioning was pleasantly quiet and could be switched off completely if needed. The only minor thing to be aware of: the elevator is quite small and slow. A stroller with an accompanying adult just barely fits. However, this wasn't a problem for us at all. We would gladly return – because of the fair price, the excellent staff, and the beautiful garden right on the water. Highly recommended! 😊
Absolutely amazing hotel, the hotel service team and Hotiday team were extremely helpful with some changes I had to make. Extremely professional and respectful. The hotel itself was stunning and very clean. Amazing garden and views. Highly recommend!
The hotel is conveniently located very close to a water taxi station and offers a lovely view of the backyard. The staff were excellent! They checked us in early since our room was already ready and were very helpful in finding the best & fastest public transport connections back to the airport. The rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the city center while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful place.
Beautiful hotel, newly renovated, amazing views into garden, very relaxed neighborhood, super close to center with 1 or 2 boat stops, great service. Recommended!
