Very good location 10 -15min by walk and already centre and very clean
Everything was perfect. The staff of the rooms freshly painted and the staff were so nice. I like it here very much. I love you to come here as well. In the future. I would recommend everybody that come here because is the nicest area near Costello it’s a beautiful place all local people it’s quiet. It’s away from the centre and it’s very very lovely
I really enjoyed my stay at San Marco Guest House Venice. The location is perfect — close to San Zaccaria vaporetto stop and within easy walking distance of San Marco Square and Arsenale. Everything you need, like shops and cafés, is nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well arranged. The shared bathrooms were always very clean, with hot water available at all times. The atmosphere was quiet and safe, which made the stay very relaxing. The host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was simple and well explained. Great value for money in Venice — I would definitely recommend it and stay again!
The location of this guest house is excellent, from where you can easily go to the most beautiful places, San Marco Square and the Biennale. And very easy to get to the center of Venice, which we understand as the Basilica Museum, and also very easy to get to the Lido beach. All in all, great facilities.*****
