Bek was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His excellent service, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Bek, for taking such good care of us. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back when we visit Venice again!
So my wife and I ordered the tortellini al pompodoro as a snack midday. What they brought out was some very flat frozen ravioli (which wasn’t even an option on the menu) with some very bland tomato sauce from a can. Then the lady at the register said we had spaghetti. If you are going to own a business in Italy, at least know some sort of pasta. They do serve an iced caffe latte though so a few points there.
We came to this wonderful spot every morning for our espresso or cappuccino with a pastry. The ladies were amazing and the service was quick. We usually took ours at the bar but did sit down once and had wonderful service.
