Sweet little hotel that lets you stay a bit away from the tourist rush and pretend you are a local! Pretty, modern and very clean and tidy. Nice breakfasts!

Very nice small hotel in the heart of San polo district of Venice.The main tourist attractions at walkable distance.Room spacious and bathroom clean.Breakfast is decent.The only thing to note is that they do not have elevator so can be a bit of an issue for carrying bigger luggage.All rooms on the first floor.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect — from the delicious breakfast to the spotless room and beautiful, comfortable bed linen. The staff were attentive, caring, and very professional. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
