Room was amazing. Truly our suite was HUGE, modern, clean, AC, was cleaned everyday, and relatively close to most local water bus and water taxi service. Near many restaurants and attractions, truly cannot complain about anything related to the hotel except the breakfast which was very lackluster and so bad we ended up just going out for breakfast the second day. Other than the breakfast- everything was amazing!!
We loved the location! It was very close to all the action, but hidden in a quiet alleyway. Arriving by a water taxi straight to our hotel was an amazing experience. The room was nice and spacious and the breakfast had so many choices. We loved our stay here!
My husband and I stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, especially if you’re arriving by private water transfer, as it makes getting to and from the hotel incredibly convenient. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily, everything was well maintained, and we had no issues during our visit. While the room was on the smaller side, a bit dated, and warmer than we would have preferred, it met our expectations and didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. We also booked a rate that included breakfast each morning, and I highly recommend it. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay. It was a lovely part of our honeymoon, and we would happily return in the future.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated in classic Venetian style, and very comfortable after long days of exploring. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with directions, recommendations, or anything else needed. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a great selection and a cozy atmosphere to start the day. The overall ambiance of the hotel feels authentic and warm, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. If you’re looking for a place that captures the spirit of Venice while providing excellent service and comfort, Hotel Ca’ D’Oro is a perfect choice. Would absolutely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hotel Ca 'd' Oro has it own dock making it easy to get to via water taxi. Staff are polite and helpful and there is always someone at the front desk. The rooms have high quality finishes, and the bathroom was spacious. The rooms were impressively quiet: our room was located at the top of the stairs next to the elevator, and we were not disturbed by people walking by. Breakfast was generous, with lots of options to eat and drink. The location is a little off the beaten path making it feel quiet and private, but it's still within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely book there again.
