The location made it very easy to explore the city. It is conveniently located near the bus stops and vaporetto piers, and water taxis can come directly to the hotel. In the area, there are simple restaurants with typical Italian food. Breakfast at the hotel is great. The service at the restaurant and concierge is superb. Our room overlooking the canals and the square with a small terrace surrounded by jasmine flowers made the stay unforgettable.
Very nice Venetian-style rooms. Everything was spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly, and there was always turndown service and complimentary water in the room. The breakfast was wonderful, and the views from our top-floor room were stunning. The location was excellent as well. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. I booked via Costco travel and we were upgraded upon checking in to an incredible suite. It overlooked a small canal and is within walking distance to the grand Canal as well as several incredible restaurants & bars. Highly recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly and the included breakfast had a wonderful selection.
If you are traveling into town via bus or train, you can’t beat this location! This hotel is a short walk from the train station, nestled near a park, and a quick walk to many excellent restaurants. The front desk staff were welcoming and knowledgeable (and able to check us in promptly on arrival). The decor represents the Venice aesthetic well. The rooms are a tad on the small side and do have some cosmetic features which could use repair or updating, but all in all they are comfortable and have all the required and expected amenities. The breakfast buffet was included in our stay and had an amazing selection of foods to start the day. The bar area near the front was cozy and served generously sized drinks. We also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water in our rooms each day. Our flight out of Venice required us to leave the hotel at 3AM, and the front desk staff had prepared us large take away breakfast bags upon check out. Overall, we were thrilled with our choice and would heartily recommend this hotel
We were warmly welcomed at the hotel on arrival and check in was done quickly and efficiently. The hotel rooms were clean and tastefully decorated with Murano glass artwork. Also highly appreciated were the local snacks that were given as a welcome gift. The bar served a great aperitivo with a good selection of wines and cocktails. The breakfast was good, with the extra effort to bring the Christmas atmosphere into the food served highly appreciated! Great place to stay for a relaxing trip to Venice!
