What a hidden treasure! Situated a little off the beaten track, but 25 mins walk to St Marks Square, this lovely hotel combines the best of all worlds. Breakfast in the secluded garden; excellent friendly service. Exceptionally clean and tidy rooms. Bathrooms with powerful showers. So lovely to be close to the hustle and bustle of Venice, but to be able to sit outside and not hear anything but some tranquil background music. I’d definitely stay here again if/when I return to Venice. Superb.

I was delighted with the choice of this hotel in every sense. The staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. The 'continental breakfast' far exceeded my expectations with its selection of high-quality, delicious items. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to see everything we wanted to, and a peaceful, calm retreat when we were done! Thank you to all who looked after us, I have no doubt that if we are back in Venice we will choose this hotel again.

Unbelievable stay, this is proper luxury. We had room 14 on the ground floor. It was a very good size and a nice view of the garden. The staff super helpful and friendly. Was a little expensive for the junior suite, but so glad we did it.
