Our stay at Ninfea Luxury Suites was spectacular. From the start, communication was incredibly responsive, making arrival seamless. We were met at the door with a refreshing cool drink and a relaxing seating area—a perfect welcome. The rooms are immaculately clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Location & Logistics: Unbeatable location! It’s an easy walk to several water bus (vaporetto) docks, many squares, and especially St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco). Definitely go see the Basilica and Doge's Palace. Tip: Venice has no wheeled vehicles and many bridges, so bring top-rated walking shoes! Property Notes: There is no breakfast offered on-site. For accessibility, they use an elevator strictly for luggage; guests must take the stairs to the suites, which do not have a handrail. Above & Beyond Service: What truly sets them apart is the hospitality. Upon checkout, the concierge actually walked us to our dock and handled some of our luggage for us. Unparalleled care! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
I spent a lot of time reviewing hotels in Venice. Looking for a safe and quiet one. So glad I chose Ninfea. Probably the best hotel experience I have had to date. The hotel was so clean and welcoming. But Elia’s service made it a 5+ experience. From Elia meeting us at the port to help with us with our luggage to his restaurant suggestions to him in helping to resolve a big mess I made. I assumed my cruise was leaving from Venice port but actually was Ravenna. He helped find us transport quickly and helped us make our bucket list cruise. Thank you. .
This was our first visit to Venice and we stayed at the Ninfea Luxury Suites. It was fabulous! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It was so beautiful and the attention to detail was amazing. Elia took such great care of our every need. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not be disappointed.
Incredible stay at Ninfea, exceeded our expectations! From the moment that we booked, the service was impeccable, some of the best I've experienced at a hotel - places 3-4x the cost. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions, restaurant recommendations, help with organising transport to and from the airport - little things like meeting us at the dock to help us with our luggage and walk us to the hotel... they didn't need to do that but things like that go a long way. The location could not have been better, you'll do well to find somewhere better. All the major sites like S Marco Square, Rialto Bridge etc were no more than a 10-15 minute walk away yet where the hotel, it was far enough away from the tourist hotspots that it felt really quiet/peaceful and genuinely relaxing after a long day exploring. You'll see from the reviews, everyone raves about Elia and the team at Ninfea and I now understand why - they are huge assets to the hotel and do whatever they can to make your stay in Venice as good as it can be! The reviews across all websites for this hotel are exceptional and they couldn't be more fitting. We'll definitely be back!
One of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The staff is outstanding, specially Elia, he did everything and more to make us feel welcome; the location amazing, the cleanliness is impeccable. Would 100% recommend to anyone that wants to have an amazing experience in Venice.
