Quaint, rustic, and full of character. The personalised service was genuinely warm and welcoming, and the excellent breakfast was the perfect start to each day. This is an ideal choice for anyone seeking a quieter stay in a charming part of Venice, while still being conveniently close to parking facilities. Our room was beautifully decorated in an authentic Venetian style, adding to the overall atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Amazing experience, we stayed for 2 nights. Very friendly and professional staff went far above and beyond to help us with my wife's birthday celebration, thank you 🙏 Nice and cozy place, very quiet. Walking distance to everything, good breakfast, new mattresses and pillows. Highly recommend!
The hotel felt very cozy. Rooms: the rooms were modern and comfortable for a couple. Just be aware that when traveling in winter the AC will be OFF. So, in March the room was too hot for us (just because we are used to colder temperatures). Service: the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location: The hotel is located at walking distance from the train station ( 10 minutes ) and a couple of minutes walk from a Vaporato (local boat transport) stop. Walking to Plaza San Marco is a long walk.
We had mixed experiences here, our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we wanted. However the aircon was stuck on 25degrees C (outside was 10C) so all they did was to switch it off, this made no difference and the room stayed extremely hot. For the rest the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty. It’s located close to the entry port for both bus and boat.
Excellent place to stay in Venice, the room I was amazed how clean it was, truly spotless, the reception desk was also very helpful and very kind. I stayed in December and it was super quiet in a very nice location 4 minutes to vaporetto station and 13 minutes to the bus stop for the Marco Polo Airport. I would definitely book again.
