Had an amazing spa experience at the NH Collection Murano Villa, and Maria made it truly special. She was so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and her massage was incredible — easily one of the best I’ve had. She created such a calm, relaxing atmosphere and I left feeling completely refreshed. The spa itself was spotless, and the facilities were a real highlight: steam room, sauna, the overhead cold plunge bucket, and the thunderstorm shower. If you visit, ask for Maria — she’s fantastic. Highly recommend! Spa 10/10. 🧖🛀💆 ❤️
We had an amazing stay at NH Collection, and the team went above and beyond to make the experience feel extra special. The boat tour on Friday was fantastic, and exploring Murano on Sunday was a lovely way to round off the trip. The hotel itself was beautiful, the service was excellent, and every member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. We’ve already recommended the hotel to our wider network and would happily return again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. A very well-deserved five stars!
I would like to start by complimenting the reception team for the excellent service during my stay. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the receptionist, but he was extremely kind and professional. The room was very clean, and the hotel has a very pleasant scent. I also absolutely loved the shampoo, soap, and conditioner products. They were so good that I would have loved to buy them and take them home. The evening bartender who served me between May 11th and 14th was excellent. The Hugo Spritz he made was the best I have ever had. I would also like to congratulate the chef for the gnocchi, which was outstanding. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Venice. Everyone was extremely attentive and professional, making my experience in Venice even more special.
I booked this stay for a weekend for my little sister, mom, brother, and myself. I’m so glad we did. After a long and exhausting day of traveling, we received one of the warmest welcomes we’ve experienced in Italy so far. We were especially welcomed by Nicolò and Samuele, who went above and beyond to help us settle in. They gave wonderful recommendations for the area, made sure we grabbed a bite as we had had nothing to eat that day, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, while the facilities and property itself were absolutely stunning. My sister and I spent a couple hours just enjoying the view from the upstairs patio. The hotel also has a lot of great experience included for free or at a discounted price that you can’t beat. We were able to go to Cams glass factory through the hotel and it was fabulous! Purchased real Murano glass and had a fantastic tour! Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming all weekend long. Their hospitality truly elevated our entire trip to Italy. Core memory for our family! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
We stayed at the NH Hotel Venice and found the location to be one of its biggest strengths. It’s very convenient and makes getting around Venice much easier, which really helped us enjoy our time in the area. The service was a little uneven during our stay. The staff was friendly and seemed to be trying hard, but it also felt like the hotel could use more people. At times, the service came across as stretched thin rather than polished. That said, the team’s effort was noticeable and appreciated. One of the highlights was definitely the bartender. He was rock solid, professional, and made fantastic drinks. That was easily one of the best parts of the hotel experience and added a nice touch to our stay. The Wi-Fi was another mixed point. It worked great in some parts of the hotel, especially in the common areas, but it was noticeably slow in our room, which was frustrating at times. Overall, this is a good hotel with a great location and some strong points, but there is room for improvement when it comes to staffing and consistency of service. If those areas improve, it could be an even better experience.
