Hotel Tivoli Albergo

Beoordelingen
My wife and I stayed at Hotel Tivoli for two nights, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Our renovated room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a minibar, adjustable air conditioning that worked perfectly during the July heat, and a hair dryer. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping everything spotless. One of the biggest highlights was the hotel's location. It was surprisingly close to all the landmarks and attractions we wanted to visit, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We would definitely stay at Hotel Tivoli again on our next trip. A big thank you to the entire Hotel Tivoli team for making our stay so enjoyable!
A family that makes you feel like one of their own We stayed at Hotel Tivoli and left feeling like we'd been guests in someone's home rather than customers at a hotel. What sets this place apart isn't just the comfortable rooms or the lovely setting it's the Selvaggio Bottacin family that runs it. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us by name and treated every request, big or small, with genuine care. You can tell this is a hotel built on pride and tradition. The attention to detail shows in everything: the spotless rooms, the thoughtful little touches, and especially the food, which tasted like it was made by people who actually love what they do. When we needed local recommendations, they didn't hand us a brochure qthey told us exactly where they would go, and they were right every time. It's increasingly rare to find a place run with this much heart. The Selvaggio Bottacin family clearly pours themselves into making every guest's stay special, and it shows. We'll be back, and we won't think twice about recommending it to anyone heading their way.
Absolutely amazing place. Amazing staff, location. Faster Internet than I have at home. Breakfast was great. Room was cozy and perfect for the price.
Let’s start with the positives: the location was very good, the breakfast was quite good although it could have included some fruit, and the hotel was clean. We stayed in a superior room with a private bathroom, because the hotel also offers shared bathrooms. However, the heating is centrally controlled, so they turn it on and off at specific hours, which meant we were cold at night. Also, there was only a radiator inside the bathroom. The fridge was not working. On the first day, we left the towel on the floor to be replaced, but it wasn’t changed. One day before we left, they didn’t provide toilet paper, so we ran out. The bathroom shower hose was rusty. There is no soundproofing, although that didn’t really bother us. Also, some electrical outlet covers were coming off the wall, which is not very safe. There was no bin bag for toilet paper in the bathroom, so you had to throw it into the toilet. In many foreign countries this is common, but hotels usually provide a bin bag and change it every day. Overall, it was good for a two-star hotel, although the price is not really justified except for the fact that it’s Venice and centrally located, so they take advantage of that. The hotel needs improvement. The prices are similar to four-star hotels in other cities. It’s not difficult to replace a rusty bathroom hose and provide proper heating, these are basic things.
Quaint cosy feel. Room was good quality for price. Clean and well kept. Breakfast included was a great addition as quite the platter was laid out was delicious. Staff were very helpful and flexible with checking in and out during out of hours times. Great location. Not too far from tourist hotspots but not so close that it’s overwhelmed with people outside. 5/5 would stay again
