My mom and I stayed here in May and it was a nice little place with very kind staff. The hotel is very close to the train station and the water taxi, and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and a good size with a cute balcony. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want a nice and quite sleep.
The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and luggage storage was available. They were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent—very close to the station and ideal for a short stay during a trip. The room was warm and comfortable and was equipped with a coffee machine, heating, and Wi-Fi. However, there was no refrigerator, washing machine, or kettle. The sound insulation in the room was average. I booked through the official website.
Great location, 5 mins walk to bars/cafés and shops and canal. Walking distance to train station and the bus station. Rooms comfortable but not very spacious. Bathroom lacked space for toiletries, ended up putting everything on the floor in bags. Even no place for toilet roll! Rooms however were clean and maintained, just lacking a few basics - a shelf in the bathroom and toilet roll holder plus towel rail would have been great. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice.
