5 out of 5 in all. Location, cleanliness, service, staff! It's a small place but spacious rooms, super clean, close to all main areas. Walking distance to sant angels dock station. Fernanda is so hospitable and amazing lady and David was very helpful pre and post arrival with practical info, dinner recommendations etc! Top notch It's gonna be my hotel if I come back to Venice for sure!
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was in a good location and all the staff were very helpful - David at the front desk gave us lots of good recommendations. The room was comfortable; it had air-conditioning & a good upscale continental breakfast & good coffee!
This location is a Victorian decoration style, very close to the boat station, during the day they have personal attending guests, during late hours have only properly access with code no employee available, the rooms are pretty good size , bathroom shower very small, if you are 6’00” tall 230 pounds male, breakfast is good and value and price is good, employee services are amazing Alberto is the best great client experience. I recommend this hotel if you want something close to downtown, San Marcos Piazza is around 8 minutes walk from the hotel.
Lovely hotel! I stayed in the annex building on my trip Venice, it was super close to st marks basilica as well as many shops and restaurants. David was so kind and showed us to the building as well as gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. Will definitely be coming back if I am in Venice.
Surprisingly nice and beautiful boutique hotel, great location and service. David, the reception is very friendly with great English, of course Italian too. Each room is designed differently with different names. Highly recommended.
