I booked this place last minute because my previous hostel didn’t work out. And oh boy I AM SO GLAD I did. It was worth the $ for the location, the staff, and the luxury rooms!! The bed is comfy, always had towels and shower products stocked. What’s even better is the rooftop bar! It’s a great way to relax for an evening with a few drinks. They do close at 2230 and I do wish they could stay open a little later. 10/10 would recommend. Only 5-10 min from major sight seeing places, shops and gondolas! Oh and the fact that it comes with breakfast is a plus!! And they stay open pretty late for the later risers!
The hotel from inside is very clean, looks had renovation lately. Reception staff always with smile face. Staff in the restaurant are very nice. Location it's is 20 min walking from. St Marco point
Charming boutique hotel with lux bathrooms. Very short walk to all the attractions yet still quiet and comfortable. This was our first stop of our 11 day journey and was the perfect place to get a good night’s rest after being up for 24+ hours. Complimentary breakfast and helpful staff were an added plus. Highly recommend.
Quite disappointed in our stay. First, the positives. Great location. The beds and pillows were comfy. That’s about it. First the staff was aloof. Barely lifted their heads as we greeted them coming and going. The room was bare. Towels were fair, no good products, no water in the room, no coffee machine to even make yourself coffee. I mean it’s Italy. Our shower didn’t drain and they did fix it on day two although it was never great. Additionally the water would turn suddwnly cold. I thought it was related to other rooms showering at the same time until it happened at 5am too. The breakfast, so disappointing. Nothing seemed fresh and homemade. It all seemed like packaged foods. The eggs looked like they had been sitting there for hours. The small pizza like foods were cold and hard. We could not get a second cup of coffee. The staff really just ignored us. But mostly the food was never freshened or replenished. Finally on check out I was charged a higher rate than expected and was told I was “upgraded”. I had 2 reservations to complete the stay and was told they upgraded my room. If that’s the upgraded room then no thank you. We faced a wall and had zero sunlight. Thankfully our trip was amazing and we simply used the room to shower and sleep. But would not recommend at all.
The service was also exceptional, with a very professional and friendly team. A special thanks to Mr. Yazeed at the reception for his outstanding support, professionalism, and welcoming attitude. He truly made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
