• HOW DOES IT WORKS Come to the meeting point to schedule the activities included in your pass. Your ticket is valid for 7 days from the date you booked. Tours can be arranged on different days within this period. PLEASE NOTE From November 24 to December 4, the Prisons Palace will be closed. Unfortunately, the tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties. Comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing are recommended. To enjoy the Grand Canal audioguide, you will need a Line 1 vaporetto ticket (not included in the package). The Grand Canal tour can be experienced in both directions, either from Piazzale Roma or San Zaccaria. Line 1 runs every 10 minutes, and tickets can be purchased at any time at the official ticket office or from the ticket machines at Piazzale Roma and San Zaccaria stops.
