Great service, not too expensive. Especially considering the location right on St. Marco’s square. Very very friendly bartender. Got a free water and 2 free drinks to take away! Super. Sadly I don’t live in Venice or I would come back weekly. Even made my girlfriend a cocktail to her taste which she loved!
This spot is such a delight. Who expected to find such a gem smack in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the square. Ended up visiting here three times on my trip. The cicchetti were fresh and the most interesting and delicious flavor combinations. Had lovely drinks. The servers were so friendly. Yes it’s tiny but the perfect spot to stop for a quick moment and enjoy.
In a Piazza San Marco full of tourist traps, this is a gem of a bar. Very small but with a fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff and the best Spritz I tasted while in Venice. I was offered a taste of their tap craft beer and had to come back a second time to have a proper pint. Would have gone a third time for another spritz, but unfortunately I only spent three days in Venice and had to visit other districts! Fun fact, when I shared the story of my trip with a friend and mentioned Ai Do Leone, he had been here twice as well during his own stay. If there's ever a next time, i need to try their cicchettis... Not to be missed!
Fabulous bar, right in a great location next San Marco. Great cocktails (especially Bloody Mary), tasty cicchetti, really friendly staff and a super relaxed vibe. Highly recommend.
Dropped in for some evening cichetti and was rewarded with amazing tasters (smaller but very tasty portions), insightful drinks (try Santa Spina) and enjoyable conversation. Also tried a range of bitter drinks with their home made flavours!
