My husband and I have not even stayed here yet, and they are incredibly honest. Our flight were changed and I had to book an extra night. Imagine my surprise when I was contacted by Elanora telling me that I’ve accidentally booked the wrong date. She could of said nothing instead, she chose to not rip me off and help me book the right date. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We can't wait to meet and thank you. See you soon 💜 Update Stay here….this place was not only beautiful but close to everything. Staff are magnificent.
Very nice stay here - was very convenient to the train station and away from busier areas. Made it easy for us to get settled before figuring out how to navigate the city. The staff were very helpful in directing us to locations and explaining public transportation.
Hotel Gardena in Venice was a charming and comfortable stay with a great location near the Grand Canal and train station. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the visit. Perfect for travelers wanting easy access to Venice’s main attractions.
Nice hotel and very well located. Everything at walking distance but not in the crowded part. Very close to the bus station at Piazza di Roma and close to the railway station. Easy to take the airport bus and the vaporetto public boat transportation. All on walking distance too. Rooms are good. Quiet and great, strong hot shower! Breakfast is good too. Bread can be fresher but croissants, coffee and cake are delicious. Our room was a bit warm in december, even with the heating off. But with the window open still to our liking. Unfortunately no tea and coffee maker in the room.. 2 bottles of water for 1 night is there.. no refill.. Friendly staff. Recommended.
