We loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Our room was exactly as described: spacious, with a beautiful bathroom, and everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We particularly loved the hotel's location in the quieter part of Venice. It was lovely to come back to a peaceful area after a day out, while the water taxi makes it very easy to reach the busier parts of the city and other places. The breakfast was very extensive, with something for everyone and the breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive, and the staff at the bar were lovely too.
We were a party of six who stayed at the Indigo Hotel whilst attending the Biennale 2026 exhibition. Everyone was in agreement that this is an exceptional hotel, in a perfect location, with brilliant staff at every level. This was our second visit and its safe to say we will be back. Thank you to all of the team members for delivering a great experience.
We stayed here for 3 nights in April before heading out on our cruise, and we absolutely loved this hotel. It’s located just outside the main city center of Venice, which made it the perfect peaceful retreat. The 20-minute walk into the heart of the city is not only easy but incredibly beautiful—especially along the water. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, making it ideal for a restful night’s sleep. It’s also just a 2-minute walk to the Sant’Elena water taxi stop, which makes getting around Venice very convenient if you prefer not to walk. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic with a large variety of options to choose from. Our room was spacious by European standards, with tall ceilings, large windows, and a lovely view of the courtyard. The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter, more relaxed area while still being close to everything Venice has to offer.
