Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for just one night, but the lovely young lady made it a really nice experience for us. She allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel after checkout, so we could walk withou them the whole day. Thank you so much!
We went on vacation without too many expectations from the location where we were going to stay, considering the overall score on Google, although most of the low scores were on the breakfast side. We chose to have breakfast at the local taverns, but the accommodation far exceeded my expectations. At the reception I was greeted by a very helpful and well-intentioned young lady, she took our luggage even though we arrived before the rooms were ready, she offered us a map of the city and gave us some trip & trips about Venice. The room is not very big but it is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Every day they came to check if we needed anything, the towels were changed daily. In the room very hot I think somewhere around 22⁰C. a great accommodation that is underrated, given that you go on vacation for the city not for the hotel room. Thank you for the hospitality.
A nice hotel for a short trip. Rooms are old but well maintained. Location is 10 minutes walk to/from rialto and 4 minutes walk to/from the nearest vaporetto. The hotel has luggage elevator available. Breakfast buffet was decent. The staff is really kind and helpful. The receptionist guided me through the city map. There was no hot water in my room on the first night to which I complained the staff and they fixed it the next day.
The room was an absolute dream come true. We felt like a duke and duchess of our own little palace in the heart of Venice. Its location is accessible by Vaporetto and the staff was very helpful. Couldn’t have gone better and it was the highlight of our trip to Venice. Great rooms and fantastic staff.
