Description
Enjoy a full-day wine and cultural tour from Venice or Treviso to Verona and the Valpolicella wine region. This shared experience combines history, local traditions, and the great red wines of Valpolicella at a relaxed pace.
The day begins with a guided walking tour of Verona, visiting highlights such as Piazza Bra, the Arena, Castelvecchio Bridge, Juliet’s House, Piazza dei Signori, and Piazza delle Erbe.
After the city visit, head to the Valpolicella wine region to visit a family-run winery. Walk through the cellar and learn about the territory, indigenous grape varieties, and traditional wine-making methods. Enjoy a guided tasting of four wines, including Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso, Amarone, and Recioto, accompanied by a light lunch with local cheese and salami.
