Description

Venice in two hours: this small-group walking tour covers the city's greatest hits, from its best bites to its most iconic sights, moving from San Polo's market streets across the Grand Canal and into Cannaregio, the two neighborhoods where the best moments happen. Starting outside the San Giacomo di Rialto church, you'll work your way to a family-run bacaro for a tramezzino and a spritz, continue past the fish and vegetable stalls of the Rialto Market, cross the bridge itself, stop for a cheese-pulled classic and a fresh-made bowl of risotto with house wine, and end the walk with gelato tucked into a quiet campo. You won't feel rushed. Your guide sets a pace that leaves room for questions and an actual look at the streets you're passing through. It suits anyone who wants a genuine taste of Venice folded into a short visit or a full itinerary, without trading away the good parts, in a small-group capped at ten guests. Note: Rialto Market closes at 1pm. However, evening tours still walk through the market and see where the stalls set up each morning.
